St Anton
St Anton is the best known and most cosmopolitan ski resort in Austria. With both phenomenal skiing and Après Ski you will be tempted to stay forever.
The resort has a diverse range of skiing and runs so even as a beginner there will be some great skiing for you. For those who have skied extensively, you will have skiing beyond your wildest dreams from great on piste reds and blacks to long and tree lined off piste powder. The best off piste is from Valluga; however, a guide is essential as it’s also some of the toughest and most dangerous terrain. There are two sides to the mountain with Rendl offering a sun trap, especially late in the season and also quieter skiing, week in week out as guests often find these runs later in their stay.
In resort you will find all the usual amenities and places to pick up your shopping, buy kit or have a coffee. As with all Austrian resorts, St Anton takes Après Ski to a whole new level with bars on and off the mountain to enjoy, the Mooserwirt and Krazy Kanguruh to name but two. There are also a variety of restaurants and places to eat out to suit all purses and tastes.
