About the Interview
Please note that all group
interviews last approximately 3 hours.
As part of the interview you will be
asked to speak for a minute on yourself and why you want to work for
our company in your chosen role, after which you will present your
interview task to the group.
Then you are to introduce your task
and explain its ingredients/content, method and relevance to your
job role. The tasks are job specific, so it is important you are
fully aware of the type of job you are applying for.
Management tasks are not necessarily
creative and focus more on managerial and specific areas. You will
be questioned about your task during either during the group session
or your one-to one interview.
Please bring along photocopies of
any relevant certificates you have to hand over to the interviewers,
your passport, as we may need to carry out a Police Check, and a
passport sized photograph. For those applying for a driving role
please bring a copy of both parts of your driving licence along with
the original.
Any costs incurred in producing
your task item are at your own expense.
