About Us...
Esprit Holidays is a highly
successful company with 27 years' experience providing quality winter
and summer holidays.
With two ski brands, Esprit Ski
(only for families) and Ski Total (for mixed guests: adult
groups, individuals and families) plus Santa's Lapland and
Family Adventures holidays, we offer a range of employment
opportunities throughout the year.
Our two ski programmes offer our guests
a wide variety of quality catered Chalets and Chalet Hotels in resorts
across France, Austria, Italy and Switzerland, whilst our Santa holidays
are more hotel-based in two resorts in Finland. Our Family Adventures
summer programme is based in the Alps, utilising our best properties for
family activity holidays.
We hand pick our staff for their
friendly and outgoing personalities, as well as their experience, to be
part our overseas teams, and the range of jobs available is vast! From
Resort or Hotel Managers and Resort Representatives to Kitchen Porters,
Chalet Hosts and General Assistants – we have a role to suit almost
everyone. We want our staff to give our guests the best possible holiday
experience, and will train and support them throughout their season. We
also select dedicated, enthusiastic and fun-loving people to run our
Esprit Nurseries and Snow Clubs, to give our younger guests a fabulous
time on holiday.
If you feel that you have what it takes
to be part of our diverse team, and want to work in some of the best
resorts in the world, such as Val d'Isère, Courchevel, Obergurgl, St
Anton, Saas Fee, Verbier, Selva Val Gardena or even Lapland, then we are

All our ski
season staff are required to work the full season from late November to
late April, although there are some part-season opportunities starting
in January, February or even March.
Santa's Lapland staff leave for Finland
mid-November and are usually back just in time for New Year’s Eve. All
our Lapland staff are offered the opportunity to continue the winter
season with either Esprit Ski or Ski Total in the Alps, but it is not
compulsory.
Our Family Adventures programme season
runs from mid June to mid September.
