Under the Esprit Ski brand, our Childcare team delivers the leading ski holiday nursery and activity club service in the Alps. These roles are based in either France or Italy and offer daily care for our younger guests, from 17 weeks to 12 years old. Nanny The lifeblood of Esprit, bring your passion for working with children to the snow and continue to cement why we are the best in the Alps at what we do. In this role, you will work with infants aged 17 weeks to 40 months to provide the most nurturing, safe and fun environment for the next generation.

Resort Childcare Manager You will manage the overall Childcare operation in resort, from training the staff to working alongside ski schools and activity instructors. You will be guest-facing whilst leading your team to deliver the highest standards of childcare - it is a challenge but extremely rewarding!

Assistant Childcare Manager Supporting the Resort Childcare Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day duties and deputising in their absence. You will help lead the team from the front and bring heightened levels of energy to enthuse the staff and children. A perfect opportunity to step into senior management for future years.

Snow Ranger The most energetic role in the Alps. Bring with you the highest levels of enthusiasm to work with children aged 3-12 years, assist with ski lessons, run club activities and overall create the safest, most fun and lively environment for the kids. Give them all a holiday to remember.

FAQs

The winter season for the majority of staff spans from end of November to the end of April. Management teams will start earlier in mid-November. We do also offer late start positions for those people who are unable to start until January.
All our roles involved in childcare require a valid DBS check and this should be obtained & registered by yourself (if not then a new one will need to be obtained). Prior to your contract being finalised it's imperative that if you are offered a role that you provide all of the documents required promptly, however our team will be in touch in regards to the process/status of your DBS online application account.

We run both nurseries and our children's activity clubs in each of our selected Esprit resorts and whilst our Nannies will predominantly work with the younger children booked into nursery, Children's Reps (Snow & Ski Rangers) will be based with the older children in our clubs and ski lessons. All members of childcare team are expected to work across all areas as required.
