Lapland Activity Centre Leader
As an Activity Centre Leader you will assist with all operational and guest related aspects of running the main Activity Day. You will lead and be responsible for your allocated Activity Centre, its staff and guests and ensure that the high standards that the company expects are maintained.
You will lead and support your accompanying Lapland Rangers in their entertainment roles and ensure they are providing stimulating and warming activities to entertain the children and their parents through songs, dance, stories and other fun activities. You are required to participate in these activities when necessary. You will also liaise with the local Representatives to provide smooth transitions between activities for each family and ensure that each family is ready for its visit to Santa Claus.
Our Lapland Activity Centre Leader will be a confident, outgoing person with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Being part of the Lapland team you will be required to adhere to the Santa story at all times. Lack of natural day light and minus temperatures are also part of the day to day lifestyle you can expect.
As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as moving snow activity equipment, luggage and snow clearing.
Lapland Activity Centre Leader Required Experience
- Hospitality and customer experience an essential
- Minimum 5 years full clean driving licence
- Management and supervisory skills essential
- Child Care experience desirable
