Lapland Assistant Resort Manager
You responsibilities will include co-ordinating all aspects of the guests’ arrival and departure at the airport, including the supervision of other staff that are present. You will organise all coach transfers and be responsible for all resort vehicles and you will deputise for the Resort Manager on his/her day off.
You should have a friendly and outgoing personality, and demonstrate an efficient organised approach to tasks with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
Being part of the Lapland team you will be required to adhere to the Santa story at all times. Lack of natural day light and minus temperatures are also part of the day to day lifestyle you can expect.
As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as moving snow activity equipment, luggage and snow clearing.
Lapland Assistant Resort Manager Required Experience
- Hospitality, Sales and customer service experience essential
- Minimum 5 years full clean driving licence essential
- Experience of working in the airport environment desirable
- Management and supervisory skills essential
