Responsibilities
Ski Schools
- Ski-school bookings
- Liaising with Area child care managers
- Liaising with ski schools + staff in resort
- Liaising with UK finance team
Communications
- Management and day to day operational maintenance for land line installations, mobile phones and internet lines
- Management of the mobile park, relevant profiles and options.
- Communications invoices & costs reporting
- Control & invoicing of the staff phone bills
EDF
- Day to day management of the group electricity contracts
Others
- Tax de sejour calculations and correspondence
- Tax de Sejours general admin
- Liaison with UK Finance team for all types of supplier payments
- General office admin and paperwork
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: (in order of importance)
- Very high level of French, spoken and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent user of IT – email / word / excel
- Highly organised
- Ability to work autonomously
- Analytical, with the ability to solve problems
