Responsibilities

Ski Schools

  • Ski-school bookings
  • Liaising with Area child care managers
  • Liaising with ski schools + staff in resort
  • Liaising with UK finance team

 

Communications

  • Management and day to day operational maintenance for land line installations, mobile phones and internet lines
  • Management of the mobile park, relevant profiles and options.
  • Communications invoices & costs reporting
  • Control & invoicing of the staff phone bills

 

EDF

  • Day to day management of the group electricity contracts

 

Others

  • Tax de sejour calculations and correspondence
  • Tax de Sejours general admin
  • Liaison with UK Finance team for all types of supplier payments
  • General office admin and paperwork

 

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: (in order of importance)
  • Very high level of French, spoken and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent user of IT – email / word / excel
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical, with the ability to solve problems
