Esprit & Ski Total Reservations Consultant

Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Reports to: Reservations Manager

As a reservations consultant your main responsibilities will be to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service in line with the high company standards.

We are looking for strong and knowledgeable reservations consultants to join our team.

Requirements:

• Interest within the travel industry
• Strong sales techniques
• High levels of customer service
• Team player
• Ability to multi task
• Positive and outgoing attitude
• Excellent time keeping and flexibility
• Excellent mathematical skills

Desirable:

• Winter sports experience
• Computer skills

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming calls are answered
• Respond to sales enquiries and make reservations with accuracy and care
• Always maintain high standards of customer service
• Convert sales enquiries in to confirmed bookings with the use of product knowledge for all programmes –Ski, Lapland and Alpine Adventures.
• Making amendments to bookings and general administration within the team
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the company

Considerations

Our working week is Monday-Friday 9-6 and Saturdays 9-4. Saturdays will be worked on a rota basis.

There will also be times when you may be required to travel overseas for educational visits.
