Your daily duties will include serving breakfast, afternoon tea and a 4 course, dinner party style evening meal and daily housekeeping tasks such as bathroom and bedroom cleaning, table laying and laundry duties. Our staff really do make our guests holidays, so as well as the skills related to your role we also look for friendly, helpful, consciences people who are happy to add a personal touch to our guests holidays. Our Chalet Hotels vary in size from 30 to 250 guests. As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, gardening, assisting with luggage and lifting. Our Hotel Assistants sometimes do several seasons often progressing through into other hotel jobs within our program.
Typical summer contracts range between four and five months overseas. We do have some shorter contracts for Reps and Chalet Hotel staff, starting in mid-June and ending at the beginning of September, primarily in France and Austria. Please call the office to find out about availability.
