Mark has worked in the travel industry for 3 years and prior to this was a classically trained chef working alongside some of the UK finest chefs. Joining the Hotelplan Ltd in 2012 as one of the group Recruitment Managers, he is responsible for the recruitment of all our catering positions and the success of our workaseason.com cookery courses. 'Who am I?' – depending on who you ask, I would say I’m the best chef you have ever met! I love cycling, wine, Dairy Milk, French cuisine and rugby in no particular order. Other people would describe me as grumpy in the mornings, slightly happier in the afternoons and grumpy again by the evening. I will always have a mug of black coffee on the go! My ideal holiday destination is Ceret in the foothills of the French Pyrenees and my dream house is there somewhere!Contact
