Representative Manager

Responsible for operating, managing and leading our larger repping teams.

In our large resorts where we may have multiple brands operating, the representative’s manager will work closely with the resort manager to ensure a seamless service for our guests is carried out by the representative teams.

Part of your role of a representative manager is to ensure that all transfer planning and logistics runs smoothly, that property visits are conducted daily by your resort rep team and that all our guests receive excellent service from their arrival to departure - this is key to this role.

FAQs

The winter season for the majority of staff spans from the end of November to the end of April. Management teams will start earlier in mid-November. We do also offer late start positions for those people who are unable to start until January.
It is of a significant advantage that anyone taking on the role of a resort Rep in resort has winter mountain experience and ideally is a skier as you need to be confident and knowledgeable in your role from the start of the season. However our recruitment process will review each application made on an individual basis.
It is of definite benefit to be able to speak the local language to at least a conversational level as you will be dealing with suppliers in resort and coach drivers weekly. It is however not a mandatory requirement and we find that many people pick up sufficient spoken language skills once they are overseas and therefore we assess applications on a case by case basis.
