What to Expect

If you ask any seasonaires about their ski season, you are bound to get the same response from them all, “I had the best time of my life”. From the beginning of your season, working days can be long, stressful and tiring as you are getting to grips with your new role and the fast-paced nature of working in your resort. Regardless of your job, your season experience will be great fun and extremely rewarding.

Our overseas staff are there to ensure that all our guests have the most memorable holiday possible so we always expect our staff to be friendly, enthusiastic with great personalities which continually shine, regardless of the time of day!

You will be working 6 days a week, often with long hours and early starts. You will have to accept that on good days in winter you will miss the fresh powder because it's a working day, but you will have plenty of time throughout the season to get out on the slopes and enjoy the mountains.

It is often the case that the people who get the most out of their season are the ones who are willing to put the effort in. So as long as you are prepared to work hard, remain professional and friendly, you will open yourself up to the exciting benefits of living and working in a different country and develop amazing life skills which will remain with you forever.
